Together with the management, agreed aims for

  • the enterprise,
  • the customers and
  • the employees
are realized with proven methodologies of the Lean philosophy, Six Sigma or Kaizen.

The Lean methodologies have their strengths primarily in the

  • acceleration of processes and
  • reduction of waste in process, whereas

Six Sigma methodologies have their strengths in the

  • rise of process stability and product quality.

Both attempts can be applied in combination very well.

In case of a reorganisation, different analysis of the gross margins (products, customers, countries) are done and bespoken to define necessary actions.

For the measurement of the results, a system of key performance indicators (KPI) should be built up. One possibility is the classical balanced score card (BSC) model or another possibility is the individually developed KPI system.

If requested, a production system can be developed individually with the customer or main principles can be adapted to the customer's requirements.
