Production System

To build up an own production system supports to focus on the set targets. It is described with which principles and methodologies (components) the aims should be reached.

Basic components are

• targets
• methodologies or principles for the process improvement
• employee's qualification and
• controllingsystem/key performance indicator system for the measurement

A production system can be worked out individually or be adapted the needs of the single companies.
